Plains Dairy, LLC requires the services of an Industrial Automation and Controls Engineer at its facility in Amarillo, Texas to write, develop, troubleshoot multiple Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) platforms, including: RA Rslogix 500, RA Rslogix 5000, RA STUDIO, RA RSLYNX, RA DRIVES EXECUTIVE, RA STRATIX SWITCH, Wonderware, and Ignition.  Manage and secure the automation network of over 200 IP addresses; manage and secure all programs on local/remote servers; manage and secure all servers, switches and routers.  Design schematics, write/documents, install and test control cabinets, PLC cabinets; troubleshoot all PLC programs on site, function block, structured text, ladder logix, VBA, and RsStudio. Design and Build PLC programs from scratch, control cabinets, I/O. Must have ability to use a variety of test equipment and tools used in electrical trades and troubleshoot electrical/electronic control circuits and equipment. Requires Bachelor’s Degree in industrial engineering, electronic engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field; Two Years Experience in industrial engineering or maintenance and designing/troubleshooting at least one of the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) platforms listed above; and proficiency in English to read technical manuals and complete any associated training.  References for experience requirement required.  To apply send a resume to Wanda Boatman, Plains Dairy, LLC at 300 N.
