Combine refried beans and milk until smooth, then spread the mixture in the bottom of a 9×13 pan. Next, combine the cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning with a mixer on medium. Spread over refried beans.
Spoon your guacamole over the cream cheese and gently spread. Repeat with salsa. Consider draining your salsa to remove excess liquid.
Top your dip with cheese, olives, tomatoes and green onions. Chill finished dip for one hour before serving and serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
